A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse operative to join a well-established business in Andover, Hampshire.

• Working Hours - Monday - Friday

Experience required for a Warehouse Operative:

• Experience as a logistics operator or similar within warehouse environment.

• Used to working within a team

• Ability to learn quickly

• Any licenses for Reach truck, counterbalance and any other license would be a huge advantage but it is not essential.

Key responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:

• Organise the storage and distribution of goods

• Ensure raw materials for the production line are always available when needed.

• Loading & unloading trucks (finished goods, deliveries, containers, raw materials..)

• Organize returnable packaging/items received back from the customer (pallets, tubes ..)

• Locate and supply material in the warehouse and supply it to the Production area

• Help in the monthly inventory stock count

• Identify areas that need improvement and propose solutions to management.

• You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods

Please note - the working hours are Monday - Friday but there are two shifts. The successful candidate will alternate between the following two shifts Mon - Fri (08:00 - 16:00) and Mon - Fri (12:00 - 20:00). No weekend working.
