Key skills required for a Telesales Executive:
The role will be following up on Warm Leads but we still need those with experience working in a Telesales role or similar. We will consider those with Face to Face sales experience
Must be Target-Driven and used to working to targets
Confident and able to deal with rejection as not all calls will be a success
Excellent telephone manner
Enthusiastic and positive by nature
Key responsibilities for a Telesales Executive:
To present yourself as friendly and helpful to customers and staff
To develop a number of new accounts every month as set out by the Sales Director.
To carry out a number of telemarketing calls every week as set out by the Sales Director.
To send out catalogues and marketing information and anything else necessary in aiding you in your job role.
To ensure that the company profitability targets are hit and maintained.
To always remain professional and well-mannered.
To gain customer’s respect and confidence.
To provide a service and competitiveness that beats the competition and ensures the customer comes back to us every time.
To learn and display an in-depth product knowledge of the products sold.
