A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join a forward-thinking IT support company.
Salary - up to £22,000 (depending on exp) + commission + work from home
This role is open to those with and without sales experience but would suit someone who is interested in sales, confident, and has the ability to hold a conversation with people at all levels.
Key skills required for a Telesales Executive;
- Ideally some Telesales or F2F Sales experience but this is not essential
- Target Driven
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Confidence is key
- Self-motivated and able to self-manage
- Good use of intuition and forward-thinking nature
- Full UK Driving License and access to personal car
Responsibilities and Duties for a Telemarketing Executive:
-Hit daily call volume targets, aiming towards a monthly conversion rate for meetings or new business wins.
-Assess lead qualification to then engage and arrange meetings
-Create and manage an organised pipeline of leads and prospects with follow-up tasks set and completed
-Manage email marketing campaigns with follow-up calls to warm leads
-Manage new business prospects
-Use initiative to generate new opportunities
