This is an amazing opportunity to join a family run business that is going from strength to strength. The Shop Manager role would suit someone that has worked in a similar role and dealing with customers face to face.
Key skills required for a Shop Manager:
Experience working as a Shop Manager or similar
Excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with customers face to face
Raising quotes for customers
Used to updating systems with customer information
Key responsibilities for a Shop Manager:
Serving customers (including giving advice/recommendations, working out required quantities of materials, dealing with any returns & ensuring every customer goes away having experienced fantastic customer service)
Contact operations team to arrange for shop orders to be picked for the customer on site
Work closely with key accounts to maintain and grow their business
Raising quotes for customers that come into the shop or liaising with the customer service team to raise the quotes for them.
Keeping the CRM updated following customer contact
Following up quotes & processing orders
Ensure the shop & shop frontage is kept clean & tidy as well as regularly updating/refreshing the displays with relevant seasonal products/promotions
Liaising with operations regarding deliveries for customers & contacting customers regarding the delivery if required
Take payment for cash sale deliveries
