A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.
This role will suit a Sales Coordinator that can organise effectively, follow up methodically and communicate professionally with all stakeholders to ensure that the companies’ sales & marketing efforts are effective and efficient, so that the sales results meet or exceed company profitability targets.
Key skills required for a Sales Coordinator;
●Must have experience of working in a similar Sales Coordinator role or in Project Management and/or Office Management.
●Excellent PC skills – Word, Internet, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, database management, desktop publishing.
●High level of personal organisation
●Confidence and discipline to maintain a standard both personally and in others

As a Sales/Office Coordinator your key tasks will include:
●Provision of estimating support for the Sales Team & Directors, taking a brief from the team following a sales visit, approaching suppliers & contractors for costs, presenting cost options back to the salesperson, arranging sales presentations/samples etc. as necessary and carrying out sales administration tasks that arise from those meetings.
●Liaison with the Creative Director and Studio Manager to ensure timely delivery of creative documents to support the sales process.
●Provision of marketing support to the Creative Director, Managing Director & Sales Director, in the way of implementation of weekly marketing tasks, database management, support for product development activities and follow-up of all key marketing actions.
●To act as a central co-ordination point for all sales activities, specifically including co-ordination of sales meetings, follow-up calls, customer visits & sales team diary management.
●To co-ordinate key weekly meetings, follow up on actions arising from the companies strategic action plan, provide support to the Directors to keep all actions moving forward and to liaise with the Managing Director every week, to plan the week/month ahead.
The successful candidate will be able to take responsibility and ownership of organisation, project management, deadline compliance & time/task allocation.
●Provide estimating support to the sales team - accurately, clearly and consistently presented and in good time.
●Arrange visuals, drawings, samples & other sale support items to go with quotations back to the client.
●Follow up on every sales visit & action to ensure that all customer expectations are met and the sales team are able to work in an organized and timely manner.
●Take initiative to lead/drive action points on all sales activities as needed.
●Create and distribute sales & marketing meeting agendas & reports.
●Take minutes in sales & marketing meetings as relevant.
●Assist Directors in preparation for meetings.
●Produce and present reports for Directors as needed
●Organise ad hoc sales & marketing projects as needed
●Deal with customers, prospects and suppliers as needed including some telemarketing and supplier research, sample requests, & supplier searches.
●Work with Business Development Executive to build key target datasets & arrange appointments as necessary.
●Protect and maintain company brand in all communications.
