This opportunity would suit a Senior Recruitment Consultant that is looking to step up to branch manager or an experienced Branch Manager that is looking to expand their current skills and make their mark within a reputable organisation. Key skills required for a Recruitment Branch Manager:
Must have Branch Management experience or at least 2 years experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
Ideally, you will have some leadership experience as you will be responsible for managing a small team
Experience working in a busy recruitment environment
Proven experience in generating new business as well as managing existing accounts
Driven and enthusiastic by nature
Key responsibilities for a Branch Manager:
Recruit new staff for the branch
To manage, train, and support the team
Generate new business through different methods
Ensure branch staff achieve their targets
Budget Management
To Manage all branch sales
