We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly growing business based in Farringdon, London.
The Project Manager role reports to the CFO and will be located in Farringdon, and will include occasional travel to all other sites in the UK (expenses paid for by the company). We will consider part-home working for this role.
Key skills required for a Project Manager:
Either a Project management qualification or similar or qualified by experience
Experience of working in a patient/end consumer/service focused business.
Experience of dealing with challenging customers and stakeholders.
An understanding of IVF and the needs and requirements of patients.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
The ability to articulate clearly and challenge the leadership team
Ability to work with different levels of the organisation
Previous experience in a post qualified role
High levels of Project Management skills.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Demonstrates an organised approach.
The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Flexibility and willingness to undertake tasks as required and learn new tasks.
Ability to communicate and build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Responsive to the challenge of working within the IVF industry.
Ability to work with clear systems and processes and produce the required management information.
Flexibility to travel to other UK sites and potentially overseas sites.

Key responsibilities for a Project Manager:
To manage IT projects from inception to completion
Manage a series of projects to continue digitisation strategy
Compile requirements for each project
Lead vendor selection process for delivery of projects
Write proposals for project sign off
Plan project including budgets, key deadlines and milestones
Mange stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver projects on time and budget
Hold regular project meetings with stakeholders to confirm delivery and any risks/issues
Resolve issues and mitigate risks
Complete testing on developments or coordinate with relevant business owners
Gain internal stakeholder ownership of system
Deliver training and coordinate role out of system across the company
