An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager to join a fantastic company based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.


This role would suit an Office Manager who has similar experience to the following;

  • Managing procedures and systems within office

  • Resource management & scheduling

  • Building management

  • Supplier management

  • Procurement

  • ISO & Supplier Compliance and certification

  • Management of Accounts Clerk and Compliance Manager

  • Support of Provisioning and Service Management staff

  • Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts

  • Continue education in management, organisation and team-building skills

  • Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise

  • Establish good team atmosphere through leadership and employee development

  • Leadership skills

  • Any experience of working in an IT or Telecoms environment would be a huge advantage.
