This role would suit an Office Manager who has similar experience to the following;
Managing procedures and systems within office
Resource management & scheduling
Building management
Supplier management
Procurement
ISO & Supplier Compliance and certification
Management of Accounts Clerk and Compliance Manager
Support of Provisioning and Service Management staff
Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
Continue education in management, organisation and team-building skills
Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
Establish good team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
Leadership skills
Any experience of working in an IT or Telecoms environment would be a huge advantage.
