A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Field Engineer that is looking for a varied role where the role involves supporting customers face to face, on the phone, and remotely.
The role of IT Field Engineer will encompass providing onsite, Helpdesk and remote ICT support to busy educational establishments across the South East.
Key skills required for an IT Field Engineer;
Experience working as an IT Field Engineer, or similar, (ideally customer-facing but happy to consider IT service desk engineers).
A Full UK Driving License is essential
1st or 2nd Line support experience
Experience with Windows Servers 2016 and is desirable
Desktop Operating Systems knowledge
Windows 10 experience
Microsoft 365
Any ICT or IT Field related experience would be a huge advantage. As would any experience of working in the Education sector.
Ideally some customer-facing experience within an IT support-related role (although this isn't essential).
The ability to learn quickly
A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
