We have a fantastic and unique opportunity available for a mid-level IT Business Analyst with Agile experience to join a well-established business, based in Salisbury.

Our client is looking for a Mid-Level business analyst that has Agile experience but also some process experience.

The successful Business Analyst will join a highly innovative and growing financial services company to help support their ambitious growth plans.

Essential skills required for an IT Business Analyst:

• You will have experience working on both small and medium projects in an Agile environment.

• Highly proficient in capturing and prioritising requirements and will have the ability to analyse information such as transactions, and customer behaviour, to help identify opportunities and make recommendations.

• Previous experience analysing customer journey processes and improvements, e.g. customer portals, digitisation, mobile applications, etc. as well as experience of Scrum Agile Development.

Desirable skills for an IT Business Analyst:

• This is not essential but it would be a huge advantage if you come from the financial services or insurance sector with experience of managing software development as well as process/change projects within an Agile environment.

The role for an IT Business Analyst:

• responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks as well as identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

• providing strategic business analysis to the business teams, leading small to mid-size projects and assisting others/project managers/scrum masters on larger more complex projects.

• to work closely with the business units, to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategy, processes, services, road map and the context in which the business operates.

• understand and document capabilities needed to address business challenges.
