An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate who is money motivated and looking to work for a forward thinking estate agency who stand out from the rest.

This role would suit a graduate (doesn't need to be a relevant degree) who is looking to kick start their career in Sales.

Although targets will be in place, full training and support will be provided to help you earn as much commission as possible.

Estate Agents are responsible for negotiating sales and lets of properties as well as conducting evaluations and marketing properties.

The key skills required for a Sales Graduate will include;

• Fantastic communication skills and a confident personality.

• Someone who thinks outside of the box and can come up with new ideas to help move the business forward.

• Motivation and drive to succeed. The ability to hold a conversation and build relationships with people at all levels.

• An understanding of property and the property market would be a huge advantage but this is not essential as full training will be provided.

• Target driven and Articulate. Full UK Driving licence is essential.

Key responsibilities for a Sales Agent;

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Arranging appointments/viewings

• Follow up on appointments 

• Deliver business leaflets 

• Calling customers and prospect clients

• Flexible with working hours.
