A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Engineering Administrator/Planner to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.
Key Skills required for an Engineering Administrator/Planner:
Admin skills
Excellent telephone manner
Word/Excel & Outlook Teams
Good time and task management skills are essential
Ability to work under pressure
A determined spirit is necessary when working with field service engineers.
SAP Business One software skills would be very beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities for an Engineering Administrator/Planner:
Scheduling engineers to attend site as per the machines service schedules.
Engineer weekly planning. (hotel’s, callouts, clients etc)
Planning spare parts, parts deliveries, fluid deliveries etc.
Emergency Callout planning.
Processing of paperwork from our engineers and clients.
Data entry into SAP.
Parts ordering.
Working with our technical team with faults and breakdowns.
Keeping spreadsheets and service history’s up to date.
