A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Advisor to join a successful family-run business in Andover, Hampshire.
Key skills required for a Customer Services Advisor:
Experience working in a Customer Services role or similar within an office environment.
Experience working on the phones would be useful as you will be liaising with customers via email and on the phone.
Must be confident and have the ability to hold a conversation with people at all levels.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel.
Driven & have the ambition to want to move into a management role in the future.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Services Advisor:
To deliver a first-class standard of service to customers but to also improve the accuracy of processes and service overall.
Deal with all incoming customer service calls
Interact and support customers via telephone, email, or instant messaging
Continuously explore and promote the most efficient and effective working processes
Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure
Liaise with Senior Management, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the quality of products and efficiency of the department
