A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Advisor to join a successful family-run business in Andover, Hampshire.


Key skills required for a Customer Services Advisor:

  • Experience working in a Customer Services role or similar within an office environment.

  • Experience working on the phones would be useful as you will be liaising with customers via email and on the phone.

  • Must be confident and have the ability to hold a conversation with people at all levels.

  • Good organisational and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel.

  • Driven & have the ambition to want to move into a management role in the future.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Services Advisor:

  • To deliver a first-class standard of service to customers but to also improve the accuracy of processes and service overall.

  • Deal with all incoming customer service calls

  • Interact and support customers via telephone, email, or instant messaging

  • Continuously explore and promote the most efficient and effective working processes

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure

  • Liaise with Senior Management, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the quality of products and efficiency of the department
