Due to growth, a new and exciting opportunity has become available for a CFO to join a successful cloud services business, based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

*For the right person, there is also the opportunity for shares, bonuses etc*

Key responsibilities required for a CFO;

To oversee Accounting - including but not limited to;

• Day to day activities managed by Financial Controller

• Ensure sound accounting processes – debtors, creditor, payroll, cash management

• Ensure effective staffing

• Maintain strong financial controls

To lead performance management - including but not limited to;

• Reporting and forecasting format Cycle and management responsibilities 

• High focus on cash flow and forward projections against availability

• Identify Key Success Factors (KSI)

• Identify and report on KPIs to evaluation performance against KSIs

• Mix of financial and non-financial indicators

• Adapt and evolve over time

To oversee Compliance - including but not limited to;

• Audit and tax

• Other governmental requirement

Corporate Finance;

• Prepare for and manage future initiatives

Strategy; 

• to participate with senior management

• Feed in financial perspective to evolving strategy development
