A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Andover, Hampshire.
Working hours - Mon-Thur (8.30 to 17.15) & Fri - (8.30 to 16:00) Salary - £24,442 + Benefits + Free Parking Location - this role will be a mixture of working in the office and from home. Post-Covid, you will be back in the office so will need to be within reasonable commuting distance of Andover, Hampshire.
Experience required for an Assistant Marketing Manager:
Ideally a minimum of 3 years within a Marketing role
Fully conversant in: Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Mailchimp, Sendingblu, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS experience, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube
Full knowledge of the print process
Effective project management, taking responsibility for individual projects from concept through to print/online
Creative – must have artistic flair and have an eye for detail
This role is a vital part of a busy Marketing Team, supporting the Marketing Manager with the marketing communications and production of supporting online and offline marketing materials for the company. This Assistant Marketing Manager role requires experience in managing activities and projects, utilising someone who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives.
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, helping to develop and manage a marketing strategy that supports organisational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth and customer acquisition and retention.

The current Marketing Team include a Marketing Manager, Digital Communications Manager, Graphic Designer and Marketing Co-ordinator.
Role responsibilities for an Assistant Marketing Manager;
Website management of all platforms including SEO, Product Maintenance, Page Updates, Landing Page Optimisation, Domain Authority Activities, Image editing and optimisation
Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram)
Proofing collateral and material for branding, grammar, spelling and visual mistakes
Traditional and digital copywriting for websites, blog posts, news articles and product materials
Digital marketing input to ecommerce, export, trade, sales and the wider business
Creation of digitally optimised content Copy, Alt tagged images, Banners and documents
Support the Marketing Manager and wider team with a number of administrative duties
PR – Digital, Print and industry association management
New Product Launch process – Creating product copy, working with the product and implementation team for creation of technical information, Updating website and literature, PR, Social and creation of sales tools for release into market
Creation of both digital and print forms of communications working alongside the in-house graphics team
